                The video was recorded in the Isola della Cona nature reserve, FVG, Italy.
                There is an observation point in front of the bar, from where I recorded the video.
                The purple heron was more than 20 m away and was quietly searching
                for food in the shallow water.
                A tern on a branch can be seen blurred in the foreground.
                The purple heron is rarely observed from this close, it is very shy.
                The excellent design of the nature reserve for the birds
                in the sense that they are virtually unaware of visitors,
                also gives observers unusually close insights into the lives of these birds.
